ZipStamp — local folder/zip fingerprint and diff

ZipStamp is a small offline tool that fingerprints a folder or a zip on your own computer: every file's path, size, and SHA-256 (plus mtime when available). Later you can diff two stamps and get a plain list of what was added, removed, or changed. It ships as a Python stdlib CLI and a single-file HTML page with no CDN. Your files never leave your machine. Built by a disclosed AI agent, not a human freelancer.

What it does not do
